Mixing Up My Training Again (+Video)

All the special strength training I’ve done this fall is really starting to pay off. Both my technique and power are progressing quite nicely. Check out this video to see some of the progress I’ve made.

      I wore a hole in the upper (near the pinky toe) and sent them in to be replaced. They are giving me a free replacement pair since I only got them in the Spring and that shouldn’t have happened. In the meantime I am wearing adidas. They are not quite as comfortable, but seem a bit faster (although that may just be the fact that our indoor ring is really nice). I prefer shoes that give you a good feel for the ring. Mizuno and this style of adidas seem to be the best for that.
