Skipper throws big PR to win Northwest H.S. Hammer Festival

Greg Skipper (Oregon City, OR) improved his personal best by over 15-feet at the Northwest High School Hammer Festival hosted by Concordia University in Portland, Oregon.  His new best of 216’8″ moves him into second in the nation and a new Oregon state high school record.  Jon Lawson (Prairie, Vancouver, WA) also tossed a new personal best of 193’2″ in his first meet of the year.  Rachel Martschinske won the girl’s competition.
