House of Throws Podcast

I had the pleasure today of being a guest on the House of Run podcast. Kevin and Jason are great hosts. In November, I provided some insight on the TrackFocus Weekly – 2010 Field Event Review (Part I and Part II) and got to complain about the IAAF Hammer Challenge and then got them to rank Anita Wlodarczyk‘s world record as the field event performance of the year. I’m surprised I was invited on either show since both have Oregon Ducks running them, but not even they can stand in the way of my plan to take over the world get more people interested in the hammer throw.
