Centralia Hammer Meet (WA) Results

As the high school season starts winding down, Centralia hosted meets on both Saturday and Sunday over the weekend. Brock Eager (Tahoma, Covington, WA) continued to produce solid marks, including a personal best with the 6-kilogram junior implement on Sunday that ranks him second in the nation. Max Lydum (Central, Independence, OR) made the trip north to give him some competition and produced his first 200-foot throw this season.

On the girl’s side sophomore Riley Scocco (Shorewood Christian, Seattle, WA) had a break through on Saturday when she threw a personal best on her last attempt to overtake Grace Workman (Tumwater, WA) by 1-inch in the open women’s competition. Workman also had a personal best in the competition. On Sunday Hannah Frost (Mary M. Knight, Elma, WA) was the winner.
