Hosted by coach Gary Cooper in Troy, Missouri, the Throw For The Road Hammer Series has been bringing more competition opportunities to throwers in the Midwest. The fifth meet in the series took place over the weekend with several highlights. Junior Jordan McClendon (John Burroughs, St. Louis, MO) debuted with 146’5″ and Cecilya Johnson (Lutheran South, St. Louis, MO) also produced a solid 121’8″. Both McLendon and Johnson just began the hammer this season.
