Training Talk with Tom Myslinski (Part 1)
The NFL season begins in earnest today. Yet for many people in the sport the season began months ago as the teams gathered together for their first training sessions. Tom Myslinski is one of those guys. Entering his third season as the head of strength and conditioning for the Jacksonville Jaguars, this weekend marks a middle point of the year. Things are not beginning, but they are not yet over too. Thankfully he took time out of his busy schedule to chat with me about training recently.
