Lesson 6: Basic Speed
In this 26-minute lesson Joe McNab explains and demonstrates some basic drills to develop sprint and acceleration mechanics in two parts. Coach McNab is the head track coach at Notre Dame High School and one of the nation’s top youth sprint coaches, having coached four state 100-meter champions, two state 200-meter champions, two state relay champions, ten CIF Southern Section team titles and one state team title.
