Part II: Technique

After watching my video from USA Championships in Eugene June 23, I have come to one conclusion: although my technique has come a long way, it is no where near where I want it to be. And no where near where it needs to be to satisfy my ambition mentioned in the previous post. Technique doesn’t always win, there are just freaks of nature out there, but it is more consistent.

Thanks to your sucess most recently with coach B. my coach and i are taking his approaches to my events (shot and Disc). Granted im no hammer thrower, but i love watching it, the combination of speed and technique is awesome! keep up all the hard work. It will pay off at Daegu, and then London! Good Luck!
