Practice

The key to getting better is practice. Up to a point when an athlete is beginning their career virtually anything they do will make them better, in fact the more they do the better they get. Then there comes a point when practice must be guided and have a specific purpose. The mantra the practice makes perfect is passé. We know that practice makes permanent therefore how you practice is extremely important. In the next six blogs I am going to share what I have learned about considerations that are practice makers and practice breakers. Perhaps it will help to make your practices better.
