What I’m Working On

Martin just updated us about his recently completed training camp with Bondarchuk in Sweden. Conversely, when Dr. B is gone, I often have very good training. Mainly because I’m more strict with myself about getting done what I want accomplished. In my February update, I didn’t mention what I was focusing on, so I thought I’d share what my technical focus has been this winter.

    Hi there,

Im currently doing two different sessions in my training at the moment. One session consists of throwing the 8 the 7.26 and the 5kg. And the other consists of throwing the 9 the 7.26 and the 6kg. (both sessions have the specific strength exercises and Olympic lifting at the end). Do you think I might be throwing too many different weights per session? should I cut it back to 2 instead of 3?

    Thanks,
