The Evolution of Periodization

In the coming weeks HMMR Media will welcome Derek Evely as a new author with a series on modern periodization methods. But before we look at the current trends in periodization it is helpful to look at how we got to periodization itself. After all, knowing where you came from can be as helpful as knowing where you are.
