Lukas Leitis (Eastlake, Sammamish, WA) captured third, also with a personal best.
The girl’s competition was dominated but a quartet of Canadian throwers. Camryn Rogers (McMath Secondary, Richmond, BC, Canada), just a sophomore, hit a big personal best in the first round to win.
