12/31/15 U.S. High School Hammer List
Two new throwers broke the 70-foot barrier this week at the NCTA Throws Summit in Ohio with Jake Wickey (Medina, OH) leading the way. Both moved into the top four nationally in the latest performance lists. On the girl’s list ten throwers are already over 50 feet, with two top-five improvements over the last week.
Meanwhile with the outdoor weight Isaiah Rogers (Campbell, Symrna, GA) nearly broke the 80 foot barrier in Georgia last weekend. Clubmate Kamryn Brinson (Marist, Atlanta, GA) launched a new best over 60 feet to produce the nation’s best mark with the outdoor weight.
