HMMR Podcast Episode 39: Beast Mode (with Noah Bryant)

February 29, 2016/by Martin Bingisser

Noah Bryant is one of the rare power athletes that achieved success in many sports. In the shot put he was a multiple-time NCAA champion and made Team USA. He has also put up world class numbers in Olympic lifting (210kg clean) and powerlifting (raw 500 pound bench press). He joins the podcast this week to reflect on some lessons learned in his career and how strength needs a strong culture to thrive.

I saw Josh Bryant at an Olympia APF meet in 2005. B4 he pulled an 815 DL with a Kodiak in his lip he spit on the floor. He was a BAMF. Noah is right about that. Talked to him today about Spoto press vs. JM press. Was very helpful.
