Ohio State Hammer Championships Results

Nick Lane (Bowling Green, OH) was just one foot from his personal best to defend his Ohio state title. Lane was one of three throwers over 200 feet, including runner-up Jacob Wickey (Medina, OH) and a personal best from bronze medalist Sam Meece (Napoleon, OH). Carrol Pauley (Riverdale, Mount Blanchard, OH) won the women’s competition in convincing fashion. Her best throw of 158’10” secured the win by more than 20 feet. Teammates Katie Roush (Centerville, OH) and Jenna Tracy (Centerville, OH) also made the podium.
