Rhode Island Freshman State Championships Results
Logan Coles (Woonsocket, RI) added five feet to his best to win the Rhode Island Freshman State Championship title. His new best is now the top throw in the country by a freshman and captured the meet title by nearly 40 feet. Sophia Gallucci (Coventry, RI) won the girl’s competition in a close battle with Aria Rao (Ponaganset, North Scituate, RI). Both throwers added nearly 10 feet to their best. Gallucci’s mark also leads the nation for freshman.
