Ohio results for the weekend of January 5
The Ohio weight throw season is getting into full swing with four big meets over the weekend. Chris Burkhart (Hilliard Darby, Hilliard, OH) added nearly three feet to his best to produce the best mark of the weekend and a new Ohio state lead at the Otterbein Early Bird Qualifier. Addison Hoover (Granville, OH) also broke 50 feet for the first time to lead the way on the girl’s side and also narrowly take the state lead.
