Millrose Games (NY) Results

After a slow start to the indoor season, Monique Hardy (Webster Thomas, Webster, NY) continued to find her form on Thursday. The senior added nearly four feet to her national lead with a huge toss of 66’11.25″, also moving her up to second all-time in the nation indoors. Her made is just more than a foot off the national indoor record of 68’2.5″ set by Shelby Ashe in 2011. The throw also broke the New York state record set by Jill Shippee in 2017.

Kyle Moison (Lincoln, RI) won the boy’s competition, holding off a last round personal best from Nick Pisciotta (Commack, NY). Post-competition interviews with Hardy and Moison can be found on Dyestat.
