Makes me wonder

I see workouts posted online that make no sense to me. I am always learning so I look at these things and try to figure out a reason. There seems to be no logic.

Frankly many of these sessions are halfway between Marquis de Sade and Monty Python. What are you doing? Put context in what you are showing so we can learn. Don’t forget that getting someone tired is not training, there must be intent & purpose.
