The theme this month on HMMR Media is training programs. A new section of the site helps compile various training programs from contributors. To contribute to the them I’ve shared four training programs for members.
Two of the training programs are more generic and can be applied to athletes in various sports at various levels. They help show how the leg circuits and foundational strength training concepts can be put into a program and progressed in various ways. Another two programs look at sports-specific training.
