Some big late season debut highlighted this week’s national performance list. Javaris Ambrose (Thornton, Harvey, IL) landed a personal best of nearly 40 feet further than last season to set an Illinois state record and rank third on the national performance list in his first meet of 2023. Connor Kalvar (Trinity, Louisville, KY) also moved up to 15th with a new Kentucky state record. On the girl’s list, a win at the Washington State Championships propelled Adrianna Coleman (Kings, Shoreline, WA) up to second in the country.
