7/1/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

With a win and personal best at the Rhode Island State Championships, John Fay (Bishop Hendricken, Warwick, RI) moved up to second position on this week’s national perforamnce lists. Shamus Culhane (North Kingston, RI) also jumped into the nation’s top 10. Sariyah Horne (El Camino Fundamental (SJ) Sacramento, CA) also moved into the girl’s top 10 win an eight foot personal best last weekend.

6/24/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

Two top 10 improvements on the girl’s list highlighted this week’s update to the national performance lists. Sydney Lake (Timber Creek, Orlando, FL) added a few feet to her best in seventh position, while Rachel Neaves (Deer Creek, Edmond, OK) jumped up the list to eighth with a 13 foot improvement.

6/17/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

After her win and state lead at the Rhode Island Class Championships, Sophia Gallucci (Coventry, RI) was the top improvement on this week’s national performance list by solidifying her second position. Giavonna Meeks (Northfield, Denver, CO) also jumped into the top five this week. On the boy’s list Jeremiah Nubbe (Ranier, WA) added three feet to his best to become the fifth boy over 220 feet this season.

6/10/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

John Fay (Bishop Hendricken, Warwick, RI) moved up one spot to fourth in the national on this week’s national performance lists after an improvement at the Rhode Island Division Championships. He was one of three improvers among the nation’s top 10 boys. On the girls list Serena Lalli (Classical, Providence, RI) made an even bigger jump, improving from 14th to 4th.

6/3/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

Logan Coles (Woonsocket, RI) jumped into the boy’s national lead over the weekend with a nine foot improvement. On the girl’s list Sophia Gallucci (Coventry, RI) improved by several inches to strengthen her position in spot two.

5/20/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

There was lots of action on the boy’s national performance list week, with three improvements among the nation’s top five throwers. Logan Coles (Woonsocket, RI) improved nearly six feet and came within four inches of the national lead to lead the way. On the girl’s list Samantha Marx (Andale, KS) added nine feet to her personal best to jump into the nation’s top 10.

After lots of changes on the national performance lists last week, this week was a bit quieter. The top improver was Nicolette Ducharme (Cumberland, RI), who made her season debut already in the girl’s top 10.

5/6/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

Senior Collin Burkhart (Nazareth Area, Nazareth, PA) extended his national lead on the week, and was one of four improvement among the nation’s top six throwers. Among the other improvements Asher Robbins (Barrington, RI) became the sixth boy to break 200 feet this season.

4/29/21 U.S. High School Hammer List

Big improvements this week on both the boy’s and girl’s national performance lists. Senior Logan Coles (Woonsocket, RI) jumped up to second in the nation. He was one of four improvers among the nation’s top eight throwers. On the girl’s list Sophia Galluci (Coventry, RI) made her season debut with a throw more than 20 feet better than last season. That ranks her second in the nation as well.
