As the Associate Athletic Director for Sports Medicine at the University of Illinois, he has developed a program to assess incoming athletes and assist coaches in meeting their needs going forward. In addition to a discussion of the approach, this video also includes practical demonstrations of the assessment and case studies filmed at the annual GAIN conference.
