8/17/23 U.S. High School Hammer Throw List

We’re late in the season, but still plenty of big improvements on the national performance lists. Skylar Soli (Douglas County, GA) improved her nation leading mark on the girl’s list with a two foot personal best and Alice Mihas (Chicago Latin, Chicago, IL) climbed up two spots in the top 10 as well.

8/3/23 U.S. High School Hammer Throw List

Freshman Kim Beard (Kings, Shoreline, WA) moved up several to third in the nation with a new personal best of 176’1″ last week. In addition to improving her best, she broke a few records along the way as well including the Washington state record, and the national freshman class record previously set by Casey Kraychir back in 2007.

As July nears an end, there were fewer improvements on this week’s national performance list. Sophomore Isabella Piette (Woonsocket, RI) moved up a few spots to 14th as the sole improver in the nation’s top 20.

7/13/23 U.S. High School Hammer Throw List

Adrianna Coleman (Kings, Shoreline, WA) added more than four feet to her best to climb up to second in the nation on this week’s national performance lists. On the boy’s list Connor Jones (Oologah, OK) added nearly eight feet to his best to break 220 for the first time and climb up to 7th.
