HMMR Podcast Episode 326: Strong mind (with Wil Fleming)
When it comes to strength, Wil Fleming is one of the top coaches in the world with his athletes having set American records and won world medals in weightlifting. But the key to strength isn’t just in the muscles, it is also in the mind. On this week episode Fleming joins us to discuss the mental side of training and lessons he has learned on developing a strong mind.

Wil Fleming is the head coach of 1Kilo Weightlifting, as well as an author and speaker on weightlifting topics. As an athlete, Fleming participated in the Olympic Trials as a hammer thrower and was master’s national champion as a weightlifter. His current group of athletes includes Olympian and American record holder Mary Thiesen-Lappen.
